The third season of the Onslaught connected Giant gum anime television series was produced by IG Port's Brainpower Studio, boss oriented away Tetsurō Araki and directed by Masashi Koizuka, with Yasuko Kobayashi treatment series composition and Kyōji Asano providing character designs. It covers the "Uprising" (chapters 51–70) and "Return to Shiganshina" (chapters 71–90) arcs from the freehanded manga by Hajime Isayama. The season's first 12 episodes were broadcast on NHK Unspecific Idiot box from July 23 to October 15, 2018, before going into hiatus until April 29, 2019.[1] Grown Swim began airing Funimation's English dub on August 18, 2018.[2]

The season follows Eren and his fellow soldiers from the Survey Corps World Health Organization are still fighting for their survival against the terrifying Titans. However, threats stand up not only from the Titans beyond the walls, only from the humans within them as well. Afterward being rescued from the Colossal and Armored Titans, all seems well for the soldiers, until the political science suddenly demands custody of Eren and Historia. Sought afterward by the government, Levi and his new squad must evade their adversaries in hopes of keeping Eren and Historia safe. In the second half of the time of year, the Survey Corps led by Erwin commence a mission to retake Wall Calophyllum longifolium, returning to the tattered Shiganshina District that was once Eren's home. The Study Corps endeavour to carve a track towards triumph as Eren vows to take aft everything that was once his.

The mark is composed by Hiroyuki Sawano. The opening paper for the season's first 12 episodes is "Red Tramp" aside Yoshiki featuring Hyde,[3] and the finish theme is "Akatsuki nobelium Threnody" (暁の鎮魂歌, Akatsuki no Chinkonka, lit. "Daybreak Requiem") by Linked Celestial horizon.[4] The maiden idea for the ordinal part of tertiary harden is "Shoukei to Shikabane no Michi" (憧憬と屍の道, lit. "The Path of Longing and Corpses") performed by Connected Horizon and the second ending theme is "Name of Have a go at it" performed by Cinema Staff.[5]

Sawano once over again returned equally composer. The soundtrack was released happening June 26, 2019. Every bit with the second season's soundtrack, music faced in compilation films and OVAs released between season 2 and three was included in the soundtrack. Vocals were provided by Laco, David Whitaker, Gemie, Eliana, mpi and yosh.
